Tuesday 7-8am CORE Fitness – Donation based class in Walther Park in collaboration with Outdoor Chicks. Just show up! 

Pilates inspired fitness class designed to build strength and stability from the inside out! Focusing on your CORE, we’ll target abs, transversus abdominis, low back, hips and gluteus medius all mixed in with a little bit of cardio to improve your performance in all other fitness endeavors.
